Service Terms
- Call our project collaboration hotline for more efficient communication.
- Rapid test results in 5–10 minutes; deep analysis takes 30–60 minutes; maintenance lasts from 45 minutes to 6 hours.
- We recommend letting the vehicle sit for a while before testing to get readings that better reflect its true, consistent state.
- No battery pack disassembly, no modification of original high-voltage circuits, and no intrusion into the vehicle's infotainment system.
- Each report includes a unique ID. Historical data is accessible in the cloud, with one report per vehicle.
