Non-Dismantle Balancing

No package removal requiredBalanced Maintenance

Battery pack remains off the ground, high-voltage system stays intact, and every step of the maintenance process is fully logged. We perform cell balancing to bring the weakest cells up to par with the rest.

The battery pack remains mounted on the chassis at the lift station. The technician connects the diagnostic cable to the vehicle's charging port.

Indications

  • Battery range is significantly overstated; displayed range differs greatly from actual.
  • Battery level fluctuates, fails to charge fully, or charger frequently disconnects during charging.
  • Significant battery drain after vehicle parking
TECHNOLOGY

Why choose the no-unpacking approach?

01

Safer

Do not open the battery pack's sealed structure to prevent compromising the protection rating and avoiding high-voltage safety risks.

02

Save more

Save on labor and seal costs; maintenance is far cheaper than battery repair or replacement.

03

Traceable

Archive before-and-after maintenance data reports—visible results and processes.

04

Factory Original

Preserves original high-voltage wiring and structure; does not affect factory warranty coverage.

EQUIPMENT

Inspection Equipment and Technical Capabilities

Fast inspections ensure "quick checks," while all-in-one units deliver "optimal care"—two equipment lines covering the full spectrum from vehicle verification to deep maintenance.

Standard inspection covers 44 items (basic features, physical damage, safety hazards, battery performance); Deep inspection covers 49 items, adding in-depth analysis of internal battery consistency with temperature and voltage distribution maps, plus identification of anomalous cells.

Five Core Metrics

Capacity Retention (Evaluate Degradation) · Internal Resistance Consistency (Assess Lifespan & Safety) · Voltage Consistency (Identify Non-uniform Aging) · Temperature Rise / Difference (Monitor Overheat Risk) · SOC Jumps (Detect Abnormal Battery Level).

Maintenance Levels

Quick maintenance: approx. 45 minutes (vehicles within 2 years) · Standard maintenance: 1.5–2 hours (vehicles over 2 years with perceived performance drop) · Deep maintenance: 4–6 hours (vehicles over 5 years or with SOC drift).

Maintenance Results Display

Generate reports before and after maintenance for client comparison: % pressure drop improvement, capacity restoration rate, pre- vs. post-pressure drop comparison, and overall effectiveness score.

Security Boundary

Battery pack remains intact, vehicle system is never accessed. Low-current slow repair ensures no impact on manufacturer warranty.

Device parameters follow standard operating protocols. Actual duration varies by vehicle model and battery condition; reports are generated per vehicle.

WHY IT PAYS

Regular maintenance: Help owners calculate four key costs

Inspection is a "checkup," maintenance is "treatment." Owners who stick with it enjoy longer battery life, more reliable range, and higher resale value.

Savings Tracker

· Replace battery late

The battery pack is one of the most expensive components in an EV. Repair or replacement after reaching end-of-life thresholds costs tens of thousands of yuan. Balanced maintenance improves cell consistency and slows degradation, delaying the need for a battery swap—skipping just one replacement saves you tens of thousands of yuan.

Battery life

· More reliable battery life

The usable capacity of a series-connected battery pack is limited by its weakest cell (the "shortest plank" effect). As voltage imbalance grows, the pack loses effective capacity, leading to inaccurate range estimates and premature charging cutoffs. Maintenance restores cell balance, allowing the same battery to deliver more energy and achieve a real-world range that closely matches the display.

Secure Account

· Identify risks early

Thermal runaway rarely occurs without warning. Warning signs such as abnormal range reduction, frequent charging interruptions, and widening voltage differences first appear in detection data. Regular inspections identify risks early rather than waiting for failures to occur—this is precisely why national standards have made battery safety mandatory.

Residual Value

· Sell with confidence

GB/T 46991.1-2025 establishes a national standard for battery health, shifting used EV pricing from vehicle condition descriptions to official reports. Archived maintenance data becomes your strongest negotiating asset—only vehicles with verifiable health metrics command top dollar.

  • 01For daily use, shallow charging and discharging is recommended. Keep battery level between 20% and 80%.
  • 02Use high-frequency fast charging sparingly: treat it as a quick top-up, not your main meal.
  • 03Maintain 40%–60% charge for long-term storage

Policy Planning2026-10-05

First national-level special plan for the battery industry takes effect; new energy vehicle power batteries are highlighted for optimization.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and six other departments have issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of New Battery Industries" (MIIT Joint Regulations [Year 2026] No. 220): By year 2030, all-solid-state batteries will achieve initial mass application, and long-life lithium batteries will reach a cycle life of 15000 cycles; the plan explicitly aims to improve the safety, fast-charging performance, low-temperature adaptability, lightweighting, and energy density of new energy vehicle power batteries.

National Standard2026-05-01

The industry's first national standard for in-service power battery health assessment, GB/T 47136—2026, has been released.

Effective from 2026/5/1, this standard establishes the first comprehensive framework for assessing battery State of Health (SOH) based on operational data, providing a scientific basis for battery inspection, maintenance, insurance claims, and used vehicle valuation. Non-invasive, pack-free testing within minutes is now the standard technical approach.

Non-intrusive battery pack balancing maintenance uses the Battery Management System to balance individual cells within the pack without disassembly. This improves cell consistency and mitigates issues like inaccurate range estimates. Compared to disassembly-based repairs, this approach is safer and more cost-effective.

No impact. Battery pack maintenance without disassembly preserves the original high-voltage wiring and does not interfere with the vehicle's central system. All procedures comply with manufacturer standards, ensuring a non-invasive approach. Comprehensive data reports are generated before and after maintenance, enabling full process traceability.

Vehicles within 6 years or 5 kilometers are in the degradation phase, offering greater potential for maintenance improvements. These services are especially suitable for vehicles showing issues like inaccurate range estimates, charging interruptions, or rapid battery drain after full charge. For vehicles older than 8 years or with a health score below 80%, cell performance has significantly declined; single-session improvements are limited. We recommend conducting a diagnostic assessment first to determine the best approach. Please note: balancing and maintenance cannot restore capacity lost due to physical degradation—this is a technical limitation, and we do not offer "permanent repair" guarantees.

Quick maintenance: ~45 minutes (vehicles within 2 years). Standard maintenance: 1.5–2 hours (vehicles over 2 years with perceived performance decline). Deep maintenance: 4–6 hours (vehicles over 5 years or showing SOC drift). A report is generated before and after maintenance. Customers can compare the percentage improvement in voltage difference, capacity recovery rate, pre- vs. post-maintenance voltage difference, and overall effectiveness score.

Per GB/T 46991.1-2025 "Evaluation Procedure for Health Status of Power Batteries in Electric Vehicles," the State of Charge Energy (SOCE) of the power battery shall not be below 82% after 5 years/10 kilometers, not below 75% after 8 years/16 kilometers, and not below 70% after 10 years/20 kilometers. If values fall below the specified limits, we recommend scheduling a professional assessment.
